Delivery

What are your delivery times?

Your item will normally be dispatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail Track and Trace, which (for UK orders) should reach you within 2-3 working days.

If you have a particular date in mind that you need your order by, then please give us a ring so we can confirm the item will be with you by that date. If for some reason there is a delay in dispatching the item(s) ordered, we will contact you to discuss it.

If the item is to be custom made please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Often items are shipped quicker than this but please allow this as an approximate time.

What are your delivery costs?

For UK orders, delivery is £4.95 per order or is free for orders over £60.00. We use Royal Mail Track and Trace.

For orders outside of the UK, then please contact us so we can advise on the best delivery method for you.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

This will depend on what you have ordered and if it has been dispatched. If the item is ready made and has not yet been dispatched then yes, we can change the order for you.
