We want you to be delighted with your purchase and expect it to arrive promptly. Your Items will be delivered to the address provided by you on the order form. This will be the address we use as delivery unless otherwise stated by email confirmation. 

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. We will do our utmost to adhere to this but take no responsibility for delay during shipping. 

We are able to deliver to most global locations but if you do not live within the United Kingdom, please contact us for a separate shipping quote.

UK Mainland Delivery: Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.  

Deliveries outside the UK: International orders are usually delivered within 7 working days, however please be aware that the items may be subject to delays in customs. Also please contact by email for shipping quotes. 

Orders will be delivered via our International Shipping Couriers. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.

We are not liable for damage incurred to items  in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the items you have ordered and have been dispatched to you. Once items have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any item  properly returned by you. This will not include your shipping costs, just the price paid for the item.  All refunds will be made by the same method the customer paid for the purchase. 

The refund will be processed immediately the item has been safely returned in its original condition.
